Delivery, seven days, collection, disposal and a tonnage allowance in a single number, with the overage rate stated up front.
Hardwood cribbing goes under the rollers and rails before the container touches your surface. No charge, and you do not have to ask.
Load level with the rim. Call when you are done, or before the seven days are up if the job runs long.
The county landfill will not take a roll-off load, and that shapes every job here. The Cabarrus County Construction and Demolition Landfill on Irish Potato Road does not accept construction debris delivered in roll-off trucks, nor whole-home or commercial teardowns. Where your loaded container actually routes is our problem to manage, and it is built into the flat rate rather than left to chance at the county gate.
Separating your waste genuinely lowers the bill. The county charges a higher rate for mixed yard-and-construction loads than for clean, separated ones. On a job producing both building debris and green waste we will tell you before the truck comes out, and help you split it, rather than quietly charging you the mixed rate.
Comments passed to our office by customers across Concord, Cabarrus County and the Charlotte metro.
Wade told me straight off that the county landfill won't take a roll-off, so where our load actually goes is on them to sort out - and the price he quoted held. First contractor who explained any of that.
We had yard waste mixed in with the demo debris and they warned me that hits a higher mixed-load rate here. Split it into two and it came out cheaper. Nobody else mentioned it.
Cleared my dad's place off Union Street over about a month. Daily rate set up front, and Devon in the office never once called to hurry us along. That mattered.
We deliver throughout Concord and Cabarrus County, out to Kannapolis, Harrisburg, Midland, Mount Pleasant and the historic county towns, and across the metro to Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson and the Lake Norman communities. Every area below has its own page covering local access, disposal routing and what to expect on the ground.
One call gets you a flat rate, an honest size recommendation and a delivery slot.
(704) 743-4429Every quote is one flat rate covering delivery, a seven-day rental, collection and a tonnage allowance matched to the container. The number depends on the size and what is going in it, so call with the details and you will get a real figure along with the per-ton overage rate in the same conversation.
It depends far more on the material than the volume. Dense debris such as plaster, tile and masonry reaches a weight limit before it fills the container, so a smaller box filled properly is usually cheaper. Bulky light material such as furniture, framing and packaging suits the larger sizes. Tell us the project and roughly when the house was built.
The Cabarrus County C&D landfill does not accept construction debris delivered in roll-off trucks, so we route loaded containers through the proper channels rather than tipping at the county gate. That routing is our job to manage and it is built into the flat rate.
Yes. The county charges a higher rate for mixed yard-and-construction loads than for clean separated ones - $70 per ton against $48 for clean yard waste. Keeping green waste out of the demolition container lowers your disposal cost, and we will help you split it.
Not on your own driveway or private property. If the container has to sit on a public street, sidewalk or right-of-way, that needs approval from the City of Concord. The surrounding towns and the metro communities across the county lines each run their own process.
Not if it is placed properly. Hardwood cribbing goes under the rear rollers and front rails on every delivery at no charge. The two cases we push back on are sealcoat applied within about the last month, and any placement over a septic field or lateral line.
Yes - Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson and Mint Hill across the Mecklenburg line, and Locust and Albemarle in Stanly County. Disposal routes differently across the county lines, which we build into the quote rather than adding afterwards.
Two to three business days for a guaranteed slot, and same-day is often possible if a run is already heading your way. For the outer towns we run scheduled trips, so a little notice gets you a better slot.
